Our service works by taking calls from patients or their relatives to book a WELCAB. The pickup and drop-off details are collected by a contact center executive and sent to the Taxi Dispatch System. The system finds a nearby taxi driver, shares trip details, and confirms with the customer after the driver's approval. Customers have the option to book a taxi through a call, WhatsApp, or the website. The Welcab service specializes in multilingual customer care to support patients in Sangli-Miraj city. We offer assistance in Marathi, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
